StockX Verified Marketplace sellers pay a transaction fee (9% at Level 1, down to 7% at Level 5) plus 3% payment processing — and you ship to StockX. Listings Marketplace has different rules; this models Verified sales.

The numbers behind it

StockX's fees, and the date we last looked

Fees move. When they do, this table changes and the change gets logged — that's the whole maintenance promise, and it's why the number above is worth more than a two-year-old blog post.

The awkward questions

What's the difference between Verified and Listings Marketplace?

Verified Marketplace items ship to StockX for authentication — you pay transaction fee plus processing. Listings Marketplace has no standard seller fees at launch but different buyer protections. This tool models Verified sales.

Why does a cheap sale show a $5 fee?

US Verified Marketplace has a $5 minimum seller fee. On low sale prices, transaction plus processing might be under $5 — StockX charges the minimum instead.

How do I reach a lower seller level?

Seller level is based on quarterly sales count or total USD volume across Verified and Listings marketplaces. Level up mid-quarter and you keep the rate for the current and following quarter.

Platforms change their cut quietly and you find out from a smaller payout. Pick the ones you sell on and you'll get one short email when a rate actually moves — what changed, and what it costs you per sale. Nothing else. No newsletter.
